What is Tech All Stars?

Tech All Stars is organized by the European Commission and brings together 13 of Europe’s best startups from web camps, incubators, and accelerators across Europe. We’re hosting the first day of the Tech All Stars event at LeWeb – and inviting YOU to join us!

We’ll start with an introduction by the European Commission. This is your chance to hear about how the EC will support European startups in the future. Next, you’ll witness a VC and an entrepreneur go head-to-head at a Term Sheet Battle. Ever wonder what happens behind closed doors when startups apply for VC money? The Term Sheet Battle is your chance to find out. Finally, you’ll watch the top 13 startups compete in a pitch competition. They each have five minutes to convince judges that their startup is the best of the best!

TERM SHEET BATTLE – Let’s talk financing for startups!
The Term Sheet Battle is a live negotiation between an investor and an entrepreneur.  We're taking the mystery out of what is a closed and poorly understood process: the first negotiation about a "term sheet".  Learn the fundamentals of investor negotiations at this high energy event!

Questions and Answers about the Term Sheets and Trading Stories : Sharing collective knowledge of Financing Startups
This is an interactive discussion and follow up facilitated by an Angel/VC where participants exchange stories about seeing European funding sources for their startups.

Polish that Pitch!
Each team will have 5 minutes to pitch and dazzle the audience and WOW the judges! Judges then select and announce the top three startups that will advance to Founder’s Forum.
