As Senior Marketing and Community Manager at Salesforce Radian6, the industry-leading social media-monitoring platform, used by more than half of the FORTUNE 100 companies, Madlen leads all Social Media and Marketing programs and strategies in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). She drives the development of local Content Marketing Strategies and the company’s efforts to engage with, inform and learn from Radian6’s customers and communities in the region.
Madlen brings with her more than seven years of Social Media, PR and Marketing experience in corporate and agency environments. Prior to joining Salesforce, Madlen was Kodak’s Social Media Manager in EMEA, where she developed compelling and innovative social media and online marketing programs that activated the Kodak brand and enabled customer engagement for all Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sectors.
In the last three years Madlen has been a speaker at over 40 international digital conferences including Re:publica, LeWeb10, M2C, Figaro Digital, Kommunikationskongress and The World after Advertising. Madlen is a regular writer for the Radian6 blogs and has been a contributor to several books, including “The Social Media MBA – Your Competitive Edge in Social Media Strategy Development and Delivery” by Christer Holloman, and “Social Media in der Unternehmenskommunikation” (GERMAN) by Lars Dörfel and Theresa Schulz.
Madlen grew up in Saxony, Germany and has a Diploma in Media Management.
