Michael discovers computing at 8 on his Amstrad CPC6128. Since then, he will cultivate his passion for new technologies & media.

In 2000, he participates in the creation of the interactive agency PEKIN/LA CHOSE Paris which will become an important player and a precursor of a new way to communicate online. Cetelem & IBM being their main accounts.

His experience at EuroRSCG London on the Intel, Peugeot, and Maison de la France accounts, is the occasion to develop his expertise of the IT segment and discover the Travel & Tourism one.

In 2003, he joins OgilvyOne Paris and supervises the interactive communication of 12 European markets for IBM - preaching for more usage of Digital contact points. His team work was rewarded by several rewards in International communication festivals.

In 2005, Michael works on various pieces of the Nestlé business (Nestlé Nutrition, Nestlé Nutrition Institute, Nestlé Research Center) and is the lead for Nestlé Corporate Wellness Unit. He launched an online CRM progam for Nestlé Baby Food across 27 markets worldwide.

In 2007, he joins TBWA\ Paris and is the account lead for Cartier, adidas, Leroy Merlin, Barilla and McDonald’s.

In 2009, he joins Kraft Foods Europe to lead Digital & CRM for the EU Region – across all Kraft 5 categories of products and 16 markets. His key accountabilities are:

To champion Digital Marketing & CRM in the EU.

To support & coach the Category teams to realize the revenue and idea generating possibilities of the Digital Space.

To rationalise and find synergies working with external vendors and communications partners in the Digital Space.

To establish sharing and educating tools to improve knowledge and best practices of Digital and CRM in the EU.
