Roberto Kusabbi currently manages social media and community at the British Heart Foundation, where he shapes and delivers social strategies and products with the digital engagement team, most recently he has managed the social media strategy for the BHF’s CPR campaign which has been used as an example of best practice on Twitter’s business site. Roberto has worked in the non profit sector for 7 years, and has an MA in online journalism from Sheffield University.
